Why You Must Be Selfish And Egotistical To Actually Love Yourself And Others

Hello Bulldogs! John Sonmez from Bulldog Mindset Here, where I teach you how to go from the Victim Mindset to the Bulldog Mindset.

And today I'm responding to a subscriber's question, and ti sum it up he asks "Are you selfish and egotistical invested in yourself? Do you do all of this for yourself?"

Well here is the thing, there is nothing deeper my friend, let me tell you why, it's because there is nothing deeper than what you will find in yourself, people are looking for other things, for external things, in order to find validation, a purpose in life, in order to feel something, they are looking for something larger, something larger than themselves.

So what they don't realize is that it's all within you in you now, regardless of what you believe, you are connected to the universe, you are connected to all what makes a human, all the emotions and matter that makes everything in existence. It's already inside you, you don't need to go looking for it, there is no deeper journey, there is no higher purpose, higher meaning than self creation. Again, not self discovery but self creation.

The process of creating yourself, of discovering what you're capable of, is the only thing in your life than will be a continuous quest, beyond anything else that exist. Every thing will, people will die, you will have everything removed from your life except you and what can become!

You are, the only true constant in your life, you are the only thing you can rely on in your life, there is no other solution other than you. when you understand that, and you have everything you need within you and everything you need to grow is also in your hand, and there is nothing that will change you fundamentally and will make you happy, only then you will understand how important it is to develop yourself, and live life to its fullest!

I'm not perfect, I'm not someone who lives life to it's fullest each and every single day, BUT I strive to, I try to do so everyday!

We must accept the fact that we are selfish, we are egotistical, it's important to our survival and prosper whether you like or not.

You see a person who is more selfish and egotistical, is someone you can trust, someone who can believe what he says, because this person has already whats he wants, he doesn't need to be sneaky and lying to get some favor from you.

You see I love what I'm doing, I love this YouTube channel, I love helping you guys, I love getting E-mails from you guys telling me how I helped you, I love hearing myself talk, I love seeing my businesses grow! and yes this is selfish, I agree! however as I said I'm not gonna try and please you to take advantage of you because I already love and know what I love and i'm acting on it!

If you try to have no ego, if you're denied yourself, if you try to have selfless, what ends up happening is that you dislike yourself, and you will end up hating other people, because the easiest person for you to love is yourself! And when you hate yourself, there is no merit for anyone else in your eyes!

If you can't love yourself... then how can you love others?

So in order to do good, love other people and make the world a better place, you must love yourself first, you must be selfish, you must egotistical enough to work on yourself constantly and improve your life, so that you genuinely love others.

Because then You already have what you want, you already live the kind of life you want, therefore every compliment you give, every good deed you do is coming from a place of honesty, and transparency.

And ask yourself, if some people around you react in a way you don't like, then you got problem, because the way you're treating them, and being good to them is just so you can get out of them!

So all what I'm saying here, yes some of the things I tell you to do
are selfish and egotistical, but if you don't work on that, if you are not the best you can be. If you are selfish enough, if you are not egotistical enough to become your best, then how can you love yourself when you're knowing you are cheating yourself to the death!

And this is the start of the path of being truly altruist and caring for other.

So remember you won't be truly altruistic and good to other until you are selfish and egotistical. I know it'w weird, but what matter is that it's the true!

We are self preservation experts, we want to be good and feel good and do what is beneficial to us! and when we finally embrace that you can doing actions that are considered service.

Only when you are not lacking, you can truly give!
