We make friends with people we aren't sexually attracted to all the time. There's no problem with having some of those people be female,just let them know you don't want to date them that you actually want only friendship with them.

If I need to simplify it for you,just form healthy friendships with people you want to be friends with,and don't freak out about whether it's right or wrong to be friends with a woman.
