sounds like gen Z has a problem with reality. they want to get paid the same as someone with a 4 to 6 year professional degree . all this for putting a hot brown liquid into a paper cup . ( careful , don't burn your fingers now !) kudos to the realty company that shut down the businesses and called their bluff ! what these fools do not understand is that the realty company probably owns the buildings that the coffee shops were in . now they will rent them out to some other type of businesses and be done with " The Peoples Barista Liberation and Extortion Front" . just one other observation , if they ever expect to get a good paying job they need to stop dressing like pirates. also the hardware in their faces is a huge red flag to any serious employer . ( they could lose some weight too . how do they expect me to believe that they are under paid when they are all over weight ?)
