I can promi8se any guy. If he start to monitor his emotions, mood and overall feeling before and after encountering modern women, Including some female relatives.He will notice a huge change. Once you begin to avoid or greatly limit your interactions with them, you will find yourself in a much better, peaceful mood. Someone brought this to my attention and i tried it. I was amazed at my changes in mood before and after female interactions; how much mental baggage and irritation females bring with them, simply just interacting with them. To this very day i limit my interaction with them as much as possible.
