Anyways these waitresses at the bar slowly but surely started bs, because I like to think of myself as a good worker and all the customers liked me because I was Irish. In my opinion I feel they were jealous of this because I was getting attention off the customers and bringing in good tips despite them being pooled. I experienced the usual passive aggressive, until it became unbearable. They were shit talking to the owners son, and because of that he began asking what I was like at work to some customers etc etc and I caught wind of it, because the customers told me. At a staff meeting I got the truth about the games those two girls were playing and got angry at the owner's son for doing quality control based on those women's lies. He never brought up anything about them to me to my face it was all behind my back. I presume they were jealous of me because I was doing well? Eventually got a job in a bank while continuing to work at the pub on weekends. I feel like their passive aggressive bs kept increasing because I was doing well for myself and got a new job. I was asked to help out one Wednesday evening during the week after the banking job, as they had a game, and they were understaffed. The agreement being between myself and the owner was that it would come in from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. So I agreed to it. When 10 pm came I told the female manager, that the owner said I could go at 10:00 as I was just helping out, and that I have work to go to in the morning at 7:00am". The manager replied by saying "you leave when I say so", with that I told her to f off and left. Anyways the owner sheila asked me for a meeting regarding the incident, and I told her, thats what I agreed to with you, then she accused me of being sexist and not being told to do by women, despite me coming in to help out when I could have easily have said no to begin with. This happened back at the end of 2019, and its because of these douchebag waitresses that I managed to find your channel, then Aaron clareys and then TFMs." Well Irish Cowboy thanks for the donation and topic.
