I don't align with this view.
I always remember hearing about my grandmother's time when women would work on the fields, rice, grain, orchard, whatever.
The idea that women only had to find jobs to support the family in the 70's is a myth.
It's also true that in the mid 90's a qualified construction worker would make as much money as a he makes today. 30 years later. Women are not taking men's jobs carrying bricks or mixing cement. Shittern America's, soviets, niggas are.
It's not that black and white as TPTSNB want us to think.

The general point still stands, that women in workforce isn't great for society. There's always women working, but when most of them are pushed or encouraged to work, the society is broken

@red maple: the problem I see is not so much women working, is the family not being the priority. Is having someone else raising our children.

@The Man Inside: Which is essentially the same thing but looking at it from a different position. If family was priority, women would work under certain conditions, not as default

@red maple: I may not explained myself. Children would learn from their relatives. Take me as an example, I was sent to kindergarten at 3... I remember that day, it was a traumatic day for me, as it is for most, if not all children. I also spent time with an older gentleman who took me with him to the pier to learn to fish. Although I don't remember it, he and his mates also taught me to repair fishing nets. If more time had been dedicated to me, I would have learned a lot more without having to go through a traumatic experience that was school. It is said that in the old days, I wasn't there can't confirm, the son of the blacksmith was a blacksmith, the daughter of the king's servant, would be a king's servant, the son of the warrior would be a warrior, and so on. The younger generation would learn from the older generation, through the family or people close to the family. All these men, and women, would not stop working to teach the young children. The same way I was taught to repair fishing nets by men who were themselves working while they showed me how it was done.

They don't see us as individuals or even human. They at best see us as economic producing units nothing more.

If you ever worked as an employee, you know you're nothing more than a replaceable unit of labour. I studied accounting, and in accounting there is no Lars, or William, or Karl. There are expenses attached to the "work force". The same way water or electricity is an expense for any company. People are treated the same way as fuel for the vehicles, the less a company can spend, the better. Premium, regular... who cares? The cheapest.

A unit of labour, is an actual definition, and it is quantified in man hours.
