Those that are thieving, lying, molesting and murdering ? The elected leaders might understand this maybe ? Same goes for crooked cops and other government employees. Would that clean it up a little ? I am not saying torches and pitchforks would work but at this point I am not sure what it could hurt.

@Heavyhand: Well it sure sends a strong message doesn't it..... You know... The idiots pulled a robbery. Their were seen and recorded on camera. It was (probably) in a criminal controlled area. Their outfits were very distinct... "Who da fuck were these idiots?" Problem solved.
