It was not for "seasons" it was for festivals, God El's seven festivals. An intentional mistranslation. To be fair, some of these festivals atevat the changing seasons.
Yeah, this is the Egyptian creation story originating out of Heliopolis, a sun temple island in the Nile. Genesis Book 2 is from Babylon or Ancient Sumeria, likely Uruk if I am not mistaken is where Abraham originated. The question is how did Abram find God El Elohim? I believe he met Noah's last surviving son who outlived entire families (or their units.) The Bible actually says this... Oh yeah, the actual Hebrew only uses the word "create" three times, for sea animals, ie whales, and for man. I forget the third one at the moment. Oh, and Genesis Book 2 isca totally different sequence of creation and events...
