The video message is Good advice to NOT depend on the Medical field ( unless for perhaps a Medical Emergency - Heart attack, stroke, ...etc ). And Below is some Advice on how to begin taking Control to bolster and/or Heal one's Health with minimal or no medical Intervention.

* Diet - adopt a Carnivore or Keto / Low Carb - many Groups & sources Online - Youtube, Facebook, ...etc.
( gradually minimize Alcohol, Smoking, All drugs, Sugary foods, Junk food , and Take-out food )

* Fasting - Add one of these to your lifestyle to Enhance healing & Immune System > > Intermittent , Dry or Water fasting

* Basic Supplements Daily - Vitamin D with K2 and Electrolytes
>> ( Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, & Sodium Chloride - natural salt)

-- Buffer off prescription medications , All if possible, with your Doctor's assistance if necessary --

* Exercise - start slow if you've not exercised for long time ... ( start with 2-3 days / week )

- Cardio ( Stress reliever - also decreases Anxiety & Depression issues ) -.i.e. power walking, Swimming, Cycling, Calisthenics
- Weight training - Improves Testosterone, Strengthens Bone & muscle density, Slows aging process and much more

- Canned Evaporated milk ( for Coffee & teas ) for those that prefer ... albeit I personally rarely do.
