I'm estimating the conservatives within 100 will push out at the outset to get distance.
And cities with near terrain that is ADVERSE (Denver, Pittsburgh, NY, Boston) are going to implode quicker......they either won't want to try to enter the mountains or get crushed by defenders in steep elevations.
