Hmm not an impossible plot and lets say that she then told him that she was going to file for a divorce and Mr Andrew went ballistic, undressed himself and started destroying everything around.. She takes the kid, the house Mr Andrew mistakenly put on his wife's name thinking she was different, childsupport and 50% of Mr Andrew if he is married to Ms Suraporn aka Ms Andrew.. Susu Mr Andrew is facing serious charges and probably jailtime.. I hope he has good savings and a good lawyer..

@Doggk: Said he's 38 bit young to be living in Thailand, maybe his visa or papers are not in order thats why he had the house in her name, they did say the would check his status

@SoloMan Zone: Married with kids allows him to have a VISA and renew it like every 6 month if not wrong if he is the biological father of the child.. Don't know if his documents are the issue.. I heard that you could buy a house + land.. If you invested 100 000 Euros / USD in Thailand.. This might also be a reason why he put the house on her name..

@Doggk: Not sure, I heard you have to have the house and land in a Thai name, maybe thats changed

@SoloMan Zone: Yeah but seems to have changed.. If you did investments, lets say in businesses, a condo or other things inside Thailand for up to 100k.. It allows you now to buy a house with the land.. 2 people told me that.. A guy who lives there.. And a collegue who has her brother living in Pukhet.. He bought a house there..

@Doggk: Something I would check on deeply as I heard some real nightmare stories when I lived there, many guys lost everything

@SoloMan Zone: Yeah same thing on my side.. These stories prepared me quiet well when arriving in Thailand.. I have to check this up in details.. Because I'm myself not sure about the land thing..
