This message hit me at a serendipitous time. I just walked off a job where I was being gaslit. Men going their own way is less about women and more about walking away from, any and all, plantations in all their manifestations.
Utilize written communication. Take "minutes" then email them to participants.
Work only slightly harder than the average employee.
Take your time off and ignore work during off hours.
