Colin Welland is best known for his book "KEZ" about a boy who brings up an injured Kestral. but he was an actor and presenter as well as a writer. This shord Documentary he presents is taking a look at Driving at Night, and general driving observastion. Made as a safety Film in 1979 their are plenty od British cars of the period for the petrol head to ogle over as well. VHS to AVI, good quality.

It's a good safety video.....
AND it's always irked me that people walking across the street, do so in balck / dark clothing and the areas are usually poorly lit, and this was a long time ago, so the head lights were kind of piss poor hand warmers.
