@red maple: This is a tutorial on how NOT to do it. :-D I've made a couple mistakes, not having the seeds in individual containers was one of them. Yes, the soil is incredibly good. Unfortunately, all the shite I don't want grows much faster than my food. You would be amazed at how fast grass and brambles grow there. Nothing today, knee tall tomorrow...
@red maple: I also have mango seeds that I just buried there. 3 in 3 different locations. At home, I have two, one has leaves and all. But what I'm most proud of if a chestnut. That is amazing. Grows significantly faster than the rest, except almonds, and I swear I see a difference every day. The pomegranate... looking good, but seems stuck.
No. There are more things going wrong than things that cheer me up. If I was to show everything, good and bad, you would need mental treatment by proximity. From things I can't move to food not growing, but weeds do... 50 years of neglect... It's hard work, but eventually I'll get somewhere. So far I've found 4 fig trees. Only ate 1 fig. Lemons I picked a few though.

The sound and image is crap, I know.
You've come a LONG way brother!
The volume was low. That's all.
I put my papayas in individual pots at that stage. And then plant them in the ground at 1 ft tall.
The soil looks really good
You're progressing well, ? Grasshopper.
