Yeah man you defenitely shouldn't rent such motorbikes.. I only took moto taxis when there were no options for normal taxis.. or for emergencies.. But that's it.. Dying or losing your limbs / paralysed etc.. to win 10 min.. Not worth it..

If you go somewhere else in Thailand its worth hiring a moped it does come in handy, rent it by the week or month and get a good price
