Is there anything in pop culture or entertainment that is not Demonic, Satanic, Pagan, and whatever other demonic "deity" wanna be? If this is not the literal setting or set up for End of Days and Apocalypse/Tribulation of the Book of Revelations, I do not know what is or could be?!

I wasn't raised Christian although I've read large chunks of the Bible. I'm surprised more Christians aren't putting one and one together. The religion is being relentlessly mocked and we're seeing the beginners of a persecution of the faithful.

@Councilof1: Christians are being directed away from the Bible in most sects, or what they really are "cults." They are becoming Blind as Christ and God of Israel said "The Blind leading the Blind."

I thought it was an excuse to get drunk.

On a serious note I thought it was just another distraction for the masses as per the whole bread and circuses thing. And I wouldn't doubt they'd do something like that. Getting unknowing people to act out a ritual while also distracting them from what they should be paying attention to. Abd then laughing at them.
