I remember back in the day (maybe late '80s, early '90s), I was watching an episode of "Cops" which was being televised from Phoenix or Tuscon. A woman accused her bf/husband of battery. The cops find the guy in the (probably his) home. He never tried to run, and they arrest him. After some back and forth (he tried to tell his side of the story, but to no avail), one of the cops told him they were "mandated by law" to arrest him, regardless of what actually happened or who was at fault, which (hopefully) would be settled at the hearing/trial. Don't know if that's the case today. Wouldn't be surprised if it was. Just like in Michigan (to the best of my knowledge), a woman only has to put a guy's name on the BC, and he's liable for CS. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I saw a video to that effect, a few months ago. Monk Mode, imo, is the safest mode, while a Simp (not an incel) is the lowest form of male. JMO.
