I’m not taking a stand against Ukraine defending itself, but as we’ve been drawn into wars over and over based on LIES proven after the fact, I am hesitant to trust ANYTHING being reported in western media.

Western media lies to us all the time, Zelensky is a puppet, There are neo Nazis in western Ukraine and literal neo Nazis commanders in the Ukrainian army such as the Azov battalion. I'm not talking about the left throwing the word Nazi around if you're right wing or conservative, I'm talking about these guys being literal Swastika Nazis. Not to mention the grift and corruption of our political elites along with the Zelensky regime draining The Ukrainian people of money or the fact nearly half the population of Ukraine is ethnic Russian and there was a coup d'etat set up by Victoria Nuland to overthrow a democratically elected president because he was more friendly to eastern Ukraine and ethnic Russians. It's much more complex and nuanced than the western public realizes because we're not given being given this information in mainstream media or how our involvement has fucked Ukraine. Also the majority of the fighting is being done in the Donbas region where ethnic Russians annexed themselves from Ukraine after the 2024 color revolution with the overthrow of the president. They are ethnically Russian people who I think actually deserve their own sovereignty. That being said I am neutral and believe in Ukraine right to exist but you can also argue they have never truly been sovereign due to all the craptastisc political elites and oligarchs fucking over the Ukrainian people. It really isn't as simple as Ukraine good Russia bad. Quite the contrary. Russia actually does have some legitimate grievances although the MSM will never tell you that. I hope at the end the Donbas will be recognized, Ukraine will have some form of sovereignty, and the war will end soon with as little casualties and loss of human life as possible. Unfortunately I think Russia may decide to go all the way since they have already invested so much into it.
