Ah yes the useless Catholic form of Government.
In my Medieval 2 Milan campaign right now the Pope died and my own Milanese cardinal became Pope. Evio the Corrupt is his title. I have to keep giving him 10K Florins every few turns to keep the Papacy happy and avoid excommunication. Taxes I guess.
Why does this Pope wear a Jew cap anyways? The modern Pope. Way better hats in Medieval 2.
