We do send liberal white women with master's degrees to other countries! That's what our NGOs do. They set up girls-only schools where they teach them feminism and start a time bomb to destroy their societies the same way feminism destroyed the west. Boko Haram only exists because they tried doing this to Nigeria and there existed men based enough to quash it.
