as a society the family is the foundation , and it does take the threat of violence at hand a high likelihood ,, to stop misbehavior.. It should be like a rubberband ready to go.. when ass holes screw up.. You cant spit on the sidewalk but if you can talk my wife into splitting MY family up., heh.. it needs to stop.
