I firmly believe working with your hands and working out problems is the path to happiness. The sense of accomplishment is the best way to improve your life.

The trick is to keep working until we die. I hope to never retire, always working, doing something. I guess some retirees never stop working either, though there are people who'd rather you think otherwise.

Looks good. If I remember correctly wasn't this for a men's retreat? I guess that cleared land is for another slab and parking lot? I thought I heard preparing the land for food-- like farming? Makes sense. Get your "cabin" and "studio" up and running; then, you start working on your food supply-- chemical free... So, water and electricity nearly up. Awesome. I guess you could use the "garage as a retreat area, but I wonder: You bought a steel dwelling-- cool. You paid for sprayed insulation; but, what about the bay doors? Are they insulated? You will loose a lot of heat or cool though those metal doors.
