Looks like the Feds are getting their cut (they call it "fines"), even while the "alleged" fraudsters have been arrested. Whether the suspects are being imprisoned, remains to be seen. I sense a plea bargain is in the works.
The only good earnings are legitimate earnings.
Everything else has a high price tag.
