Wow. In a way, Hillary was right. Sometimes it does take a village, to give a criminal a beat down. I'm sure this isn't what she meant, but in this case, works for me.

Great! No need to wait for the cops. Brutally beat him NOW. The cops can clean up the mess later.

Love the first blow from the car driver, that took out his bike, and slightly crippled him. Making these criminals pay a high price will deter them, even if only momentarily.

Need more of this in the West. Used to be that way long ago, but all we do now is invite, and encourage, the "evil one" to live among us.
