@Life_N_Times_of_Shane_T_Hanson: doesn't mean I should eat them. I don't eat catfish; they are bottom feeders. I admit I do eat liver, but it is still the cesspool of the body. i.e. pâté. Perhaps I am a hypocrite in that sense. But duck liver with cognac, spread on crackers is delicious.

@sardonicsmile: My mother was a HORRIBLE cook...but...the one thing she could make, better than anyone else, was liver and onions!...I haven't had it since she died in June of '20, but I REALLY miss it!
