I've noticed with the NEW Labour Government in the UK their are far to many Femon and brown faces in it. they have been in 4 day's now and already everyone hates them!
One of the first DEI movements started in the 1970's in the US Auto Industry with the UAW. They demanded hiring certain percentages based on race and sexual orientation, quotas. By the early 1980's the Auto Industry started to decline. Their quality was terrible and the overall product couldn't compete with the rest of the world. They never learned their lesson and are still trying to reclaim their lost glory.
DEI comes from a woke brain that femons are born with....you hire someone for a job that has the skills and knowledge best for that job regardless nationality, sexual preference , male or femon
