She needs to develop lateral thinking - from the customers perspective..... Maybe they are senile / unfamiliar with the HUGE store / kind of vision impaired / etc., Maybe their time is limited and 1/2 an hour here, and 1/2 an hour there etc., starts to really add up over a day... etc.. and it's a lot easier and more efficient if you don't know where the butter is, in a 22 plus aisle store, to ask someone who is standing right in front of you, who does......
