Got me thinking of Nicole Bass, who started having steroid induced medical complications, ultimately dying at age 52. Sad.

@Calling All Stations: Yep. She was in ECW, WWF, and I think XPW among others. I remember when I was a Howard Stern fan (back when he was actually funny), she made several appearances on his radio and TV broadcasts, as well as his movie "Private Parts". Sad.

@sauger1001: Do you remember GLOW (Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling) in the 80's? Mostly fitness models and not bodybuilders. Damn they were easy on my 12 year old eyes.

@Calling All Stations: I remember them, and most of them were easier on the eyes. Even the butches looked a bit more feminine. I remember a segment where Dick The Bruiser was there as a guest, and one of the butches thought she could take him. I could be wrong, but I don't think it was a "work", bc he tried being a gentleman, until she tried to attack him in the basic "wrestler's position", and he had her in a Hammer lock in roughly two seconds, and she eventually left him alone. Funny af! Lol!

@sauger1001: He was a brawler in most of his later matches, but dude also knew how to wrestle waaay back in the day. No wonder his nickname was "The World's Most Dangerous Wrestler".

@Calling All Stations: Sounds interesting... reminds me of WAVES in the US Navy. Feels like these femons just can't let an all male enterprise be. I do remember the WWF hero cartoons: gues the GLOW wasn't good enough to join but I think they did have women wrestlers in the artoon sometimes.
