On trips to NYC I used to see people walking larger dogs occasionally on the streets of Manhattan. I wasn't often, but regular enough. Seemed cruel to keep people in that cramped place, let alone a big dog.
Those people with 2 or 3+ dog's are probably pro dog walkers because the real owners are two fat and lazy to walk them themselves. The problem with dog's isn't the Dog, it's the ignorant lazy owners who don't clean up after their dog's.. by the way I love that iron Victorian Clock tower in the Thumbnail. I know it's one of your pet hates is I bet they don't want to ban SEAGULL Poop! lol!
