it helps when you do proper maintenance on the machine...
might also help if they didnt leave it sitting for so long without starting or running it...
the pump itself needs servicing as well...
It's OLD - the dumb cunts have been running it WITHOUT an air filter - it's bore, piston, and valves pass oil, and it burns motor oil.....
This is why it's a cunt to start.
It's gummed up and lacks compression...
