Looking at history to see who could control their women, it doesn't look good for the west. Anglos and western Europeans have historically been way softer on their women than everyone else. It's no coincidence that feminism originates with them, and they are the most far gone. I don't think they will ever clamp down on women. They're going to sink with the ship.
As for the rest of the world, many countries are literally waiting for the west to collapse so they can do an Afghanistan. I think Japan knows that their fundamental problem is women having rights, and they know how they got those rights. America forced Japan to do it as part of their surrender. South Korea knows it, too. More and more examples of countries doing an Afghanistan, and it being a success with no downsides at all, will clue everyone else in.
