I agree as regards the importance of Russian commodities and the stupidity of the Biden administration, but can’t see the rouble becoming the world’s reserve currency.
Also you overestimate the importance of China. China is more of an assembly point for parts made all over the world and their cost of production has become high by global standards. Companies have been slowly moving production to lower cost countries for some time now and this will probably accelerate.
