I'm so glad I don't have to worry about hurricanes or flooding. By the time that rain gets here it's minor rain. Only real worry where I am is snow and freezing cold. Negative 40°F isn't unusual where I am. I wish everyone in that area the best.
lots of luck, they can rebuild, they have the capacity to recover... how many wont be able to.
