Venezuela's Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello claims that 3 American, 2 Spanish, and 1 Czech nationals were arrested over an alleged plot to 'assassinate' President Maduro and other officials. The detained foreigners were also reportedly plotting 'violent acts' to destabilize the country's government after disputed elections
