yeah that these days at least could all be voiced by elevenlabs tts program that has learned voice and voice patterns to sound more human, to me it's not that big of a leap because i have seen so many ppl use that program for making NPC's in mods work for both skyrim and FO4 for many years now, so it really doesn't surprise me at this point, however AI language bots would need very fast internet and damn near no latency issues to pull it off like the dude in the video talks about.
