@SoloMan Zone: I was a fat bastard and about 17.5 Stone, then I was told I was types tow Diabeetic, so Ive gone from 17'5 Stone last October down to just over 12 stone and slim now. They gave me this new injection I take once a week and it has pretty much killed my apatite and the mass and weight has just fallen of me. i only started on it in February this year. And boy do I feel full of life and active. it's help my knee;s and the arthitis I have a bit of in them! lol! My point is with will power it can be done, I'll never go back there again. I had to throw most of my clothes out as they were to big. I did have some clothes I used to fit in years ago but going out looking like one of the beatles shows how long it's bee! but seriously I've been round the charity shops and got some great fitting stuff and I feel good for it.
