damn, why not build somewhere else? and not only that, why a skyscraper of all things? why not build an under ground facility where it's structurally much stronger, they build bunkers underground that allow far more depth and are supposed to last generations longer without as much maintenance.

it reminds me of " Chronicles Of Riddick Escape From Butcher Bay " video game, that facility was both above ground and below, but mostly below ground, and if they needed to make it bigger, they could dig further if needs be so expansion was always possible.
